Based off our conversation I’ve listed out a few things you had identified as your main health concerns:
- Gut dysbiosis
- SIBO
- Potential mould infection
- Heavy metal toxicity
- Chronic fatigue
- Chronic pain
- Tension headache
- Poor sleep
To address the above there are some simple steps you can take. Whilst supplementation is not a permanent fix based upon my experience I believe there are some neccessary supplements that you can take that should immediately begin to relieve some of your symptoms.
Gut Dysbiosis & SIBO
The gut is something that needs addressing immediately. Without a strong gut you aren’t able to absorb nutrients or even in some cases simple supplements. You’re aware improving the gut is beneficial so if nothing else please start here.
Word of warning: The gut is not fixed overnight. That is the only downside. Whilst it’s important to fix the gut to improve your health it can also be one of the most challenging and slowest areas to heal.
A quality probiotic is absolutely essential in your first line of defence for the gut. It will repopulate the gut with good bacteria which will aid symptoms of SIBO, Candida, mould or fungus and assist with heavy metal detox.
Heavy metal and mould toxicity
Without a shadow of a doubt heavy metals and mould can devestate your mental and physical health. Whilst there are many methods to assist the removal a binder absolutely must be used to have any real impact on healing. When we have poor elimination organ health our body continuously recirculates toxins which essentially re-poisons us everyday, further damaging our organs. This is known as entereohepatic-recirculation. I can’t stress this enough, without a binder in your supplement routine it is very unlikely you will make any progress, as the toxins will continue circulating and damaging your organs, they must be escorted out with some type of binder.
Intestinal binders such as chlorella are strictly forbidden on the Andy Cutler protocol. This is somewhat outdated information. In Andy’s time many chlorella supplements were often of poor quality and incorrectly dosed.
However, Chlorella would not be my first choice of binder for a heavy-metal toxic person, even though it can be effective.
Tip: Pectasol-C or Enterosgel are the top choices for improving digestion and binding toxins at the same time, whereas Activated Charcoal is the best at binding every toxin.
Your choices should be from one of the following:
Modified Citrus Pectin is by far the most powerful binder available. Proven in lab conditions to help with cancer this natural binder is made from the rinds of citrus fruit. Concentrated many times and transformed into a powder it can bind heavy metals, mould and much more. The most pricey of the three but by far the most effective. This is what I personally use. Check the reviews for how effective it can be.
Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue can be debilitating. It saps our energy, makes us anti-social and generally leaves us unable to function. There are some key supplements that are able to improve this condition.
Adrenal Cocktail: Those suffering from chronic fatique are often suffering from electrolyte inblance. Peeing too frequently, becoming dehydrated, then not rehydrating adaquetly can leave us in a state of pure exhausion. Low electrolytes can also be the cause of blocked sinuses. A quality adrenal cocktail provides us the nutrients we need quickly and in an easily absorbable manner. Mix with water and drink when feeling fatigued.
Vitamin B Complex: Those with chronic fatigue almost always have low amounts of B vitamins. When I started taking a liquid vitamin B complex it changed my life. My brain fog started lifting and I was able to speak more fluently and start being social again. This was an absolute game-changer. Check reviews for similar feedback. Don’t bother with pills if you can help it, liquid is much better absorbed.
Tension Headache and Poor Sleep
A pounding headache and poor sleep quality often go hand in hand. Coupled with blocked sinuses this can leave us in a state of exhaustion. This is very likely to be a result of a lack of magnesium. When we don’t have a sufficient amount of magnesium our body is unable to regulate cortisol levels. Those who suffer from out of control cortisol levels often feel in a state of constant fight or flight.
Magnesium is able to regulate our hormone cycle and balance our cortisol output. This results in much better sleep quality and a relief of muscle and nerve tension. This improved sleep and nerve control will lead to better sleep and a reduction of headaches.
Final thoughts
I understand this is a number of supplements that may require your research, especially if you aren’t familiar with them. Feel free to ask me any questions, these are all supplements I have personally used or continue using to this day with great benefit.
If you have to choose between the essential supplements on this list. I strongly suggest including magnesium supplements for better rest. A B complex for better mood, and a binder to eliminate toxins.
